The first boss battle in Devil Survivor kicked my ass. Hard. I went and scrounged a bunch of abilities off enemies and such, then went back and with a different strategy, didn't exactly own the battle, but certainly beat it soundly. And scrounged a kickin' new ability off the boss, too.

In conclusion: Shit, this game is surprisingly fun.

I do believe I handed the big guy his ass on my first attempt that time ... n_n Granted, I was hitting free battles with some regularity, too.

I had just got skill cracking and hadn't used it yet. I went and cracked some skills and then it wasn't so retarded.
